Workshops 12.5 years Supply Value
Workshop 1:
The future of change management
Today, change is the only constant. In this workshop we consider a number of ways of change that are less traditional and forced, and are more based on the power of groups and positive experiences. Like 'Viral Change', energy is invested in a number of smaller but important measures that together influence a small set of behaviors. These behaviors, usually due to the commitment of a small group of employees, go viral in the organization and ensure that adjacent changes are also set in motion, and more and more employees become involved. In this workshop we look at a number of examples and discover possibilities to experiment with them in your organization. Are you curious about the future of change management and do you want to know how changes can be widely supported? Register now for this workshop.
Workshop 2:
OGSM – Annual plan on 1 A4: towards space and regularity
Have you also drawn up your goals for 2020 with your team? If so, how do you ensure that the annual plan to achieve this does not disappear in a drawer, and instead becomes a living plan that offers concrete handles to implement the strategy? We see that many organizations find it difficult to maintain the focus on their objectives and, if necessary, to consciously adjust them. OGSM is a methodology that makes strategy measurable and concretely connects it to actions. In this workshop we will introduce you to this methodology by means of a case with a fictitious company and we will offer you the right tools to also draw up an annual plan for your own team. Curious about this workshop? Then register for the workshop OGSM – Annual Plan on 1 A4.
Workshop 3:
Strategic Decision Making
Making well-founded decisions based on facts is a must for clear and careful decision-making. Often, however, much of the information available is qualitative or subjective. As a result, decision-making often seems to get stranded in discussions. Strategic Decision Making helps to weigh all criteria, both qualitatively and quantitatively, in a structured and careful manner. Would you like to learn more about this? Then register for the workshop Strategic Decision Making.
Workshop 4:
Quick scan performance management
Organizations deploy multiple tools, methods to achieve their goals, from growth to operational excellence. In this workshop we share with you the insights we have gained from our customers on how objectives in the market are translated into strategies with tangible tools to work on them. You will also gain insight into how your organization compares in a short benchmark and we offer handles for the next improvement step! Curious? Then sign up now!
Workshop 5:
How digital will your world be in 2025?
“The speed at which new technologies are being developed is going through an exponential growth curve. Today, both our private lives and our work are shaped by the technologies we use every day. Predictions are that, for example, robotization will bring about a huge change in this. To effectively deploy these new 'day-to-day possibilities', it is important to develop people and technology as a cohesive 'system'. But how and when do you decide which developments are relevant to follow? We will take you through this process in our workshop 'How digital will your world be in 2025?'.”
Workshop 6:
Are you ready for the mainstream blockchain in 2025?
“On a daily basis, many messages are passed around blockchain, where opinions differ widely. With that angle we can (still) label blockchain as a hype. However, it is a relatively young innovation that is still in development, but holds enormous promise and also moves further and further out of the shadowy world of cryptocurrencies. Organizations worldwide are currently experimenting with disruptive technology, ranging from international container shipping to maternity care in the Netherlands. Within a few years, broader applications of blockchain will also follow in the Netherlands, but are you already prepared for the arrival of this mainstream blockchain? Together with you, we will step into the future and explore what you need to be ready for the mainstream blockchain of 2025.”
Workshop 7:
Tender in 10 days
It often takes months to get from the start of a tender process to publication. At Supply Value we believe that this can be shorter. In this workshop you will learn to do 3 things completely differently so that you can prepare and publish all tender documents within 10 days, without compromising on quality. Curious how we do this? Then register for this workshop.
Workshop 8:
Market exploration, market consultation and talking to the market?
Do you want to obtain information from the market in preparation for a (European) tender, sound out a concept idea and/or check your budget? Then a market survey or market consultation may be a good instrument. In this presentation we take you through the different options for contacting the market before a formal tender, we give our vision on what is best to apply when and we give do's and don'ts that you can use immediately in preparation for your next tender. Because: failure to prepare is preparing to fail.
Workshop 9:
Introduction to data analytics
Many people and organizations are talking about Artificial Intelligence (AO) or are eager to transform their organization into a more data-driven organization. Data as the new gold, but is this really the case? This program provides an introduction to data analysis. We show participants what is possible, but also what questions to ask. We also discuss machine learning and how to deal with an increasing digital skill gap. As a manager you are aware of all these things and it is time to turn ideas into actions to become today's data-driven company.
This workshop is provided by Leon Roeleveld van Next Senz. Leon has been active in the field of continuous (data-driven) improvement for 20 years. Next Senz focuses on translating data into insight and from insight to impact! We do this by collecting and enriching data, by data analysis and predictive models, and by visualizing data and controlling software robots (robotic process automation, RPA).
