In this edition we look at how to set up continuous improvement to achieve and exceed your goals. Our consultants see that many organizations are faced with the challenge of making improvement and change processes successful in the long term. After completing such a process, they revert to the 'old behaviour', so that the improvements achieved are short-lived.
