Whitepaper – From strategy to results: Continuous improvement

In the previous white paper the drawing up of goals and associated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) was central. KPIs primarily have the function of steering and controlling, and should therefore provide the manager with information that can be used to manage the achievement of the goals.
In this edition we look at how to set up continuous improvement to achieve and exceed your goals. Our consultants see that many organizations are faced with the challenge of making improvement and change processes successful in the long term. After completing such a process, they revert to the 'old behaviour', so that the improvements achieved are short-lived.
