Senior Consultant - Service Management

Your position in the organization
Ter versterking van ons team zoeken we een senior consultant. Samen met 5-10 collega’s vorm jij de business unit informatiemanagement, die onder aansturing van een business unit manager eigen proposities ontwikkelt, verkoopt en levert. Onze focus daarbij zijn de top 500 organisaties in de overheid, zorg, logistieke dienstverlening, FMCG en hightech. We werken voor bedrijven zoals ONVZ, NS, Schiphol, Grolsch en diverse ministeries.

In addition to impact on our customers, you also make a significant contribution to the development of your colleagues in the team. By learning and developing together we grow as individuals and as an organization.

Most important tasks

  • Advising customers in the field of service management;
  • Together with your team, you translate the strategy of our clients into a well-equipped service management organization, processes and tools;
  • You can be deployed as an interim service manager and from this role you continuously improve the service provided to our customers;
  • You coach and develop the people in your team at customers and within Supply Value;
  • You contribute to the development of knowledge and propositions in the field of architecture and help colleagues with their professional development;
  • You are enterprising, actively maintain your network, independently sell small projects and contribute to larger (pre) sales activities.

  • You are a senior in the field of service management. You follow the developments in the field closely, contribute, develop yourself and teammates and are used to working in challenging environments and projects.
  • You are curious and continuously looking for new developments and solutions for our customers and for Supply Value.

What are you taking?

  • A completed WO master program;
  • Knowledge and experience with methods and techniques such as ITIL, BISL, ASL, USM, SAFE, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile;
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the field;
  • You are customer and result oriented and go for the realization of maximum impact for our customers;
  • You are constantly working on developing yourself and the people you work with;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language. German and French are an advantage;
  • Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following sectors is a plus: government, healthcare, high-tech, FMCG, logistics services.
