Mission

We enable organizations to collaborate smarter in a sustainable way. As a junior supply chain consultant, your mission is to help our customers with their supply chain transformation issues. You help customers analyze and optimize their supply chain, plan and execute their logistics processes.

In addition to your assignments with clients, you do research within your field and you work on your own development by following a master's degree, practical training and by doing research (together with your colleagues), publishing about it and speaking at events.

Responsibilities

You inventory expectations, draw up plans for the delivery of our services to the customer
You carry out your work according to plan and exceed expectations
You monitor progress, report on it and adjust where necessary
You conduct research on a specific topic within your field
You work on your own development based on your personal development plan
You follow a master's degree and various internal training courses and intervision
You contribute to improving our tools, data and network
You actively give and ask for feedback so that you and your colleagues learn and develop faster
You actively contribute to our goal to make an impact on the planet and our society
