The application process

The application process at Supply Value normally takes 2-3 weeks and consists of the following steps:

  • CV and motivation letter

    Send in your resume and motivation letter via our website or by mail office@supplyvalue.nl.

  • Cognitive test

    We will test your intellectual capabilities through an online assessment and check the possibilities.

  • Introduction interview

    We get to know each other in a first conversation and see if we can do something for each other.

  • Personality test;

    We test your personality by means of an online assessment. We will use this input in the second job interview.

  • Second interview

    During this conversation we will go deeper into the content of the work and the match between your profile, wishes and our needs.

  • (Optional)

    You make a case that is suitable for the position you are applying for.

  • Proposal

    We make you a proposal and give you a personal explanation.
