A complex program, a continuously changing environment or a project with more than 1000 requirements and at least as many preconditions and interfaces? Then it quickly becomes difficult to make a plan that gives the right direction in advance. Our experience shows that this is not due to the quality of the annual plans, but that there is so much uncertainty that it is impossible to map out the exact right route in advance.
Objectives and key Results (OKR) is a method that you enables to build flexibility into your annual plan and your way of working. How do you do this and what challenges do you take into account can hold is explained in this training. This method has been proven effective at companies such as Google and LinkedIn.
The training includes the following topics:
- The OKR Framework
- Translation from 'Objectives' to 'Key Results'
- Report on the results of OKR
- Different factors of a OKR–cycle
- Team maturity required
- Cultural aspects of OKR
- Various do's and don'ts
After the OKR training you will be able to OKRs to draft and to use in your organization. You know which factors to take into account when drawing up the OKRs and do you knowe how you can embed them in the structure of your organization.
After the training, each participant receives a certificate of participation.
