MoP® (Management of Portfolios) is the international standard for Portfolio Management. MoP provides a framework for defining and delivering (change) portfolios. A portfolio is a consciously chosen, cyclically changing set of activities, projects and programs to achieve the strategic objectives of an organization.
The goal of portfolio management is to determine the optimal balance between the importance of the activities and the use of scarce resources, taking into account the risks and opportunities presented by the environmental factors and achieving the strategic objectives of the organization.
The training is given by an experienced and certified trainer and advisor.
