Why Supply Value?
Challenging assignments at interesting clients in combination with plenty of room for personal development and entrepreneurship.

In October 2018 I started with the procurement traineeship started at Supply Value. I have completed a Bachelor and Master in Business Administration at the Radboud University in Nijmegen. I specialized myself into analyzing complex issues, in order to be able to give valuable advice on them afterwards. I also gained experience through a Traineeship in the ERP consultancy. Here I found out that I want to delve further into the world of strategy, procurement and process improvement. At Supply Value I have found the right organization to achieve these goals.

"As a Young Professional, I can express all my ambition and entrepreneurship within Supply Value."

Since my start at Supply Value I have carried out various challenging assignments and interim assignments for, among others, the Hague Procurement Cooperation, Municipality of The Hague and Allinq. This immediately gave me the freedom and confidence, which allowed me to develop very quickly personally and professionally. In addition, I contributed within Supply Value to sales, marketing, propositions, guiding students, and I was given the responsibility for the entire quality management. I also received relevant and essential trainings in consultancy, procurement and project management. In short, as a Young Professional I can express all my ambition and entrepreneurship within Supply Value, which gives me a lot of energy and enthusiasm.

Earlier projects

For a company active in the telecom market I am responsible for the purchasing of ICT and building-related technical installations. I am mainly engaged in selecting and contracting suppliers and conducting the associated negotiations.

I am also responsible for sourcing, selecting and contracting subcontractors for Fiber to the Home projects (FttH).

As a procurement consultant for a large municipality, I analysed the purchasing expenditures and the purchasing function, and consequently set up savings initiatives and professionalisation processes. Moreover I summarized this in a Business Case with multiple savings scenarios and an implementation plan.

As a procurement consultant at a government agency, I was involved in researching indicators for risky tenders and drawing up mitigating measures for these risky tenders.
