Why Supply Value?
Because of the activities in different markets and the informal atmosphere at the office

After graduating from the MSc specialization Transport & Supply Chain Management, I started as a consultant at Supply Value. I chose Supply Value because of the informal atmosphere and the young yet professional image of the company. In addition, I greatly appreciate that personal development is of paramount importance. Supply Value provides trainings that support the projects and development of personal competences. In addition, we get the opportunity to gain experience at several clients who are located in different markets. This gives the traineeship a challenging character, which gives me the opportunity to develop myself broadly and gain a lot of knowledge in a short period of time.

Despite the fact that many consultants work on location during the week, the team feeling is very great at Supply Value. We often call each other during the week for consultation, a request for help or a chat. Everyone is also open to feedback, which gives me the feeling that we really listen to each other. On Friday we meet with all the consultants to work on the Supply Value proposition from the various business units. For example, I work with my business unit on a trend study to find out the current Performance Management trends.

Of course, time is also reserved on Friday to chat and we often end with a beer. In March we will go on a skiing holiday with the whole group and if I may believe the stories, this will be a legendary week!
