Why Supply Value?
Young, ambitious team with a lot of attention for personal development.

Since February 2019 I have been working as a consultant at Supply Value. In the meantime, I have further expanded my knowledge and gained experience in the field of process optimization within various interesting organizations such as NS and Schiphol, I have also followed a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training.

At the Dutch Railways, I mapped and analyzed processes at a national level to identify the improvement potential. I subsequently developed myself within Schiphol in the field of project management and stakeholder management. As a junior project manager, I was responsible for monitoring and adjusting the process side of various real estate projects. After that I advised a medium-sized municipality on setting up the ITIL processes.

"Due to both the ambitious professional cooperation and the fun informal activities, there is a very close team feeling at Supply Value."

The learning curve is steep because we share the knowledge and experience that everyone gains at his or her clients within Supply Value. In this way we can deliver even faster and more added value for organizations. Due to this ambitious professional collaboration and the fun informal activities, there is a close team feeling at Supply Value, which for me is the ideal balance in my work.

Earlier projects

In an improvement program for a public transport company I was involved in mapping and analyzing the current shunting and maintenance processes. Here I analysed at a national level where the improvement potential lies within the maintenance companies, in consultation with those involved in the operation. To successfully accomplish this, I facilitated workshops with stakeholders and prepared reports and proposals with regard to the future situation.

As a junior project manager at a commercial real estate department I have been involved in three different construction projects. Here I was responsible for a number of sub-projects, in which I independently managed the advisors involved and managed relevant stakeholders. In addition, I monitored the overview and responded proactively to the needs of the project team, to ensure that the project remained within budget and schedule. This required coordination with many different parties: both with colleagues from other departments and with teams of external consultants (including architect, building physics consultant, sustainability consultant). This experience makes me an independent project leader who knows how to approach different interests within an organization in order to achieve a sustainable result.
