At the request of our customers and society, sustainable enterprise and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) are playing an increasingly important role in improving our customers' purchasing activities.
The sustainability policy of Supply Value
Supply Value is eager to help you with the introduction or further implementation of Sustainable Entrepreneurship / Corporate Social Responsibility and more specifically with the sustainability policy of your procurement and supply chain.
In addition to advising our customers in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility, Supply Value sees it as its task to also do sustainable business in its own organization. Supply Value consciously strives to realize added value by paying attention to social issues, environmental issues and social issues. We do this by making a link between CSR and the characteristics of our organization. Our CSR policy is based on the pillars: People, Planet and Profit.
People: Supply Value for and by our employees
Our employees are an important part of our success. By giving our employees sufficient space, fair compensation, good management, offering a diversity of colleagues, offering a pleasant working environment and paying attention to personal development, Supply Value is good for its employees. To structurally monitor whether our employees are satisfied, Supply Value measures the employee satisfaction every year. In addition, Supply Value considers offering good internships to students a part of corporate social responsibility. To do this, Supply Value has structurally a number of graduation spaces available. In addition, Supply Value invests in activities in the field of corporate social responsibility. We do this by sponsoring social goals, sharing knowledge with local entrepreneurs and organizing CSR activities on an annual basis, where we actively work with our team for charity.
Planet: The lowest possible impact of business operations on the environment
In the vision of Supply Value, the environmental impact of Supply Value as a consultancy in the field of purchasing management is largely determined by the operational management of the organization itself. The topics of mobility, energy and paper use are the most important topics here. Supply Value tries to keep its impact on the environment as small as possible by avoiding waste (including paper waste), using sustainable cars, stimulating the use of public transport and working in an energy-efficient office. This enables us to keep our impact on the environment as minimal as possible.
Profit: Fair compensation, shelf life and soil for growth
Supply Value considers it important to do business in a sustainable manner. This not only means that we give our shareholders a fair remuneration for the risks they take, but also that we reserve resources to guarantee our continuity and enable our further qualitative and quantitative growth.
In order to safeguard corporate social responsibility in the business operations of Supply Value, Supply Value has a quality management system (within the framework of ISO 9001), an environmental management system (within the framework of ISO 14001) and an integrity policy.
