Your position
Do you want to make a real impact through the use of information technology? Do you bridge the gap between business and IT? Do you ensure innovative and sustainable further development of information provision? Then the role as a business analyst is for you! You work at both a strategic and tactical level and ensure that new technical or social developments are in line with long-term objectives. In addition, responsibilities may include:
- drawing up a functional design;
- innovating IV business processes;
- advise on the necessary steps to realize the company vision;
- designing information policy;
- drafting business epics;
- participate in IT projects.

What are you taking?
You are an experienced consultant with a demonstrable academic work and thinking level. We are looking for business analysts at the following levels:
- Intermediate (>3 years experience);
- Senior (>7 years experience);
You are analytical, you have organizational sensitivity and you know how to plan and organize well. You have excellent advice and persuasion skills and are driven to make maximum impact. You have strong social skills, which allow you to include the customer in your story. Furthermore you have:
- Work experience in an (internal or external) advisory role in government;
- Demonstrable knowledge of methods in the field of process-oriented working (ITIL, ASL, BISL);
- a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate (or comparable, Black Belt = pre);
- a Product Owner certification (pre);
- Are you curious and continuously looking for new developments;
- Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language.
