As Managing Director German Division you will take the lead in business development, recruiting professionals and setting the business for our German customers. We aim to become one of the top 5 firms in our niches (Procurement, Supply Chain & Operations and Digital) and markets (Energy & Utilities, Government & Healthcare, Industry & Hightech, Mobility & Logistics). Our customers include Canon, Dutch national railways, Schiphol, UWV, Scotch & Soda, Zeeman, Feudenberg, EEW and several Dutch state departments and muncipalities. Our clients evaluate our services with a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 66 (8.6/10 on average) over the past 3 years; we aim for similar results in Germany.
Our goal is to make impact for our customers and invest in our employees, partners society and environment, which is why we are awaiting our B-corp certification.
The main focus of your position is the successful realization of strategy and implementation of our strategic plan. Always aiming for further growth of the organization and the people in it, your strengths include a high level of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit and you safeguard the implementation of our core values. As representative of Supply Value you inspire others and you maintain an open feedback culture within the organization. Through careful recruitment, managing, coaching, assessing and developing your staff you work towards your goals. You develop, adapt and implement optimal marketing channels and have hands-on experience with achieving sales and recruitment targets.
Other tasks include:
You have a MSc or PhD degree and at least five years managerial experience within a professional service company. Your have a proven track record in business development and a large network in at least one of our niches. Experience in starting up new organizations is a plus. You speak German and English.
