Key procurement trends for facility managers

What are the trends and key developments in procurement for 2017? Supply Value has investigated this for the fifth year in a row with a large-scale survey. The results can support (facility) managers and purchasing professionals in setting (purchasing) priorities for 2017.

When looking at the current focus of purchasing professionals in 2016, it becomes clear that cost reduction is still the most important theme, followed by alignment with the organization (strategy) and Total Cost of Ownership. Purchasing professionals expect to once again give the greatest focus to cost reduction in 2017, but value creation and alignment with the (organizational) strategy will also receive a lot of attention.
