Procurement trainees

Supply Value has a purchasing traineeship program called Supply Talent. We select ambitious academics with above-average capacities and a maximum of two years of work experience and supervise them intensively for two years in their development to procurement professionals. During this period, every talent is available 32 hours per week for assignments of an average of eight months at different organizations.

During the training program, the talents are employed by Supply Value. After the training has been completed, you, as a partner of Supply Value, will be given the opportunity to offer one or more talents a contract. Selection based on facts and fit

Supply Value uses a structured selection process when it comes to hiring staff. In addition to the usual selection methods (resume, grade list, interview and motivation letter), we test our candidates for personality, abstract, numerical and verbal abilities. In finding a right match for our clients, we use this knowledge and of course we look at the required knowledge and experience. We also attach great value to a selection based on facts and a fit when employing freelance workers. We do this by spending sufficient time and energy in finding a good candidate.
