As a Recruiter you are daily looking for, approaching, speaking and selecting new colleagues. You will work closely with your colleagues within Recruitment and team Services and you will regularly consult with the Management Team. Together you will develop a strategy for recruiting and selecting new talent and you will use various channels as efficiently as possible to reach the right professionals.
Together with your colleagues from the various business units, you conduct introductory meetings and ensure a thorough selection of new employees. You prepare offers and negotiate with the candidate about their content until you reach a nice agreement.
