Drafting mission, vision, strategy

We help you to draw up your "why", mission, vision and strategy, giving you clear direction to your company. We ensure that you optimally match the continuous change in the market. We analyze developments in the environment and within your company and together with your employees, we build an inspiring and specific feasible "why", mission, vision and strategy. For this we use proven models such as SWOT, PESTEL, Balanced Score Card supplemented with our own experience in our Strategy Creation Framework.

Operationalize the strategy

If you have a clear strategy, it is important to translate both the "run" and "change" components of that strategy into your business units, departments, teams and individual employees so that everyone knows what is expected of them and how that contributes to the joint organization goal. By making people the owner of the operation, improvements and the innovations we increase the chance that you achieve your goals. Here we use, among other things, our Strategy Execution Framework that is based on best practices and more than 20 years of experience in the field.

Process design and optimization

Processes are there to realize your strategy. This can become increasingly efficient due to internal and external (technological) developments. We help you design and set up your processes in line with your objectives, (continuous) improvement and innovation so that you can achieve maximum results with the resources and employees you have at minimum cost, lead time and risk. Our pragmatic approach is based, among other things, on LEAN, Six Sigma, Process mining, data-driven improvement, Group Model Building.

Organization, consultation and reporting structure

Your process design follows the ideal, agile organization, reporting and consultation structure with which you organize the tasks in a logical manner and you continuously measure whether the desired results are delivered so that you can adjust where necessary and can respond to the changing wishes of the customer.

We help you set up the right organization and formation, writing and executing strategic personnel plans, setting up dashboards, reports and consultation structures.

Portfolio, program and project management

We supply interim portfolio program and project managers including their support such as project controllers, PMO, risk managers and project managers. We deliver project managers at junior, medior and senior level for projects from 100K to more than 100 million. Our interim managers can switch at strategic, tactical and operational level and take their environment into account in the change.

Our interim managers have been trained in various methodologies, such as waterfall-based methods such as PRINCE2, MSP, PMW, PMBOK (IPMA) and more agile methods such as SAFe, SCRUM, RUP, DSDM.

Change management

We deliver implementation and change managers that provide support so that you can realize your business objectives.

Whether it concerns your suppliers, management, employees, the Works Council, trade unions or shareholders, we are happy to help you set up a suitable change strategy. We use 20 years of experience in the field and practical models such as ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin, color theory and our own Change Management Framework.
